Shipping time

First is the production time, it usually takes 5-7 working days for production + 3-5 days for shipping =10 days more or less.

Manual

2.We will prepare detailed document about the machine and software using, includes videos.
And we will save the parameter u need set for different material in the computer.
When u got the machine ,just open it, connect with the wire and then you can use it.

Payment

3.For the payment, it is 50% as deposit, when the machine finshied production, we will take videos and do test for u.
When u say that it is ok, then u pay for us the rest.
Then we arrange the shipping for u:)

Package

4.We package the machine with standard wooden case:
we inspect every process strictly:)

Consumables

5.As for the spare parts, there is no consumable parts on the machine.
The machine just consume the electricity.

6.As for the service ,here we explain it to u here again:
2 years warranty period laser machine.
We offer 2 years warranty, during the period, any problem happen, we are responsible to solve. And if any part of the machine was broken, which happens rarely, we would send you a new one by DHL, and all cost is all on us.
Besides,we have separated after-sale service department on line, and almost 95% problems from our clients can be solved here.

We take part in almost all industrial exhibitions around the world, during this time, we will pay a visit to our registered clients for free inspection and maintenance. Our engineers are available to work overseas anytime.
