1. Cutting design

Before cutting, carry out scientific and reasonable cutting design, and carefully review and correct the design drawings.

2. Cutting process

When cutting, the equipment operator should not only adjust the relevant parameters of the machine according to the material thickness and material,

but also pay close attention to the cutting quality of the sample, adjust and deal with the problem in time, and then perform batch cutting after the proof is OK.

3. Correctly adjust the focus position

Adjust the focus position according to the cutting material and thickness. Generally, thin carbon steel below 5mm is suitable for zero focal length,

and the focus is on the surface of the workpiece; aluminum, stainless steel and other workpieces use negative focal length, and the focus is below the surface of the workpiece;

for thick steel cutting Generally, a positive focal length is used, and the focus is on the surface of the workpiece.
